Seeky launches: on-demand property support, reimagined

15 January 2026 5 min read

Today we're launching Seeky: an on-demand, vetted workforce for UK property. One network that puts a trusted local person on site for any visit your team can't get to — booked in seconds, at a price you see before you confirm.

Property runs on physical presence. Someone has to open the door, meet the buyer, walk the rooms, read the meter, photograph the kitchen, hand over the keys. For decades that "someone" has had to be a member of staff, which means branches are forever rationing a scarce resource: people who can be in a particular place at a particular time. Demand doesn't keep office hours, stock is scattered, and the best leads arrive at six in the evening when the office is already closing.

Seeky exists to remove that constraint. We've built a network of vetted, trained, insured local people — we call them Seekers — and the software to dispatch them. When you need a viewing covered, an inspection done or keys collected, you book it the way you'd book anything else online: choose the job, see the price, confirm. The nearest qualified Seeker is matched, attends, and sends back a structured report with photos.

What you can book from day one

We're starting with the jobs that hurt most when no one's available:

  • Accompanied viewings — 30, 45 or 60-minute slots, evenings and weekends included, with a written feedback report after every appointment.
  • Inspections — void, condition and mid-tenancy checks, returned as a structured, photo-backed report.
  • Inventories — independent check-in and check-out, timestamped and geo-tagged, ready to stand up in a deposit dispute.
  • Photography and floorplans — captured to a clean brief, often on the same visit.
  • Key and access — key runs, smart access and managed key-holding, every movement on an audit trail.

Because a Seeker is already on site, you can stack several of these into one visit. A viewing becomes a viewing plus fresh photos plus a meter read, for one transparent price.

Three things we refuse to compromise on

Transparent pricing. Every price is shown before you book. No "register to see costs", no quote chase, no surprise reveal once you're committed. We think hidden pricing is the quiet tax that property services have charged for too long.

Real vetting. Every Seeker is ID-verified, DBS-checked and covered by platform insurance before their first job. Identity is bound to each visit, so you always know exactly who attended your client's property.

Safety as a feature. Every job runs through arrival check-in, live location for the duration, automatic check-out and a one-tap SOS that escalates to a monitored response. Lone working is the norm in property; protecting the person doing it shouldn't be an afterthought.

We're not trying to replace your branch. We're trying to make it bigger than the number of people in it.

Built for the way agents actually work

Seeky slots into your existing diary rather than asking you to learn a new process. Raise a job the moment a viewing lands, watch it accepted and en route on a live map, and get the report back the moment it's done. Running at volume across branches? There's an API for that too.

We're rolling out across the UK through 2026, city by city. If you'd like your branch to be among the first to get cover — and to lock in early-access pricing — leave your details and we'll be in touch as Seeky goes live in your area.

This is the start. The trusted-visit problem is bigger than property, and the network we're building is a reusable asset. But property is where it matters most right now, and it's where we're proving it first.
