How do I get paid?
Every job shows its pay before you accept. After you complete the visit and submit the report, your payout is processed on Seeky's payout schedule.
Can I choose when I work?
Yes. You set your availability and choose which jobs to accept. No dictated shifts, no minimum hours.
Do I need property experience?
No. We show you the basics of hosting visits, checking in, handling access and submitting reports. Reliability matters more than property experience.
What checks do I need?
After approval you complete an identity check and a Basic DBS check (paid once, refunded after three viewings), plus a right-to-work check. Some jobs may require additional checks.
Is it safe?
Yes. You get clear job details before you accept, check-in tools while you're on site, and one-tap support that reaches our ops team with your live location if anything changes.
