Booking, pricing & reports.
How does pricing work?
Every price is shown before you book — pick a service, see the cost, and confirm. You only pay the amount shown at the point of booking, and any extra tasks you add to a visit are priced upfront too. No subscriptions, no contracts, no hidden dashboard reveal.
Are Seekers vetted?
Yes. Every Seeker is ID-verified and DBS-checked before they can accept jobs, and they're covered by our insurance while working. They also check in on arrival with live location and an SOS for added safety.
What areas do you cover?
We're building coverage across UK postcodes, with our Seeker network growing all the time. When you enter a property address, you'll see whether a Seeker is available in that area.
How quickly can a Seeker attend?
It depends on Seeker availability near the property and the type of job, but our network is built for same-day cover including evenings and weekends. You'll see the soonest available slots when you book.
How do reports arrive?
Photos and a structured report land in your dashboard once the job is complete, with timestamped and geo-tagged media where relevant. You can view, download and share them from your account.
Can I cancel a booking?
Yes — you can cancel through your dashboard. A fee may apply once a Seeker has been assigned or has started travelling to the property, and we'll always tell you whether a fee applies before you confirm the cancellation.
What can I book a Seeker for?
Accompanied viewings, open houses, inspections, inventories and check-in/check-out, photography, floorplans and virtual tours, key and access handling, meter reads, and out-of-hours cover and meet-and-access. If it needs a trusted person at a property, you can usually book it.
Is there a contract or subscription?
No. Seeky is pay-as-you-go, per job. There's no subscription, no minimum spend and no lock-in — you book what you need, when you need it, at the price shown.
What happens if a Seeker can’t make it?
We aim to re-cover the job from the network, and we'll keep you informed. If we can't fulfil a confirmed booking through no fault of yours, you don't pay for it — that's our reliability commitment.
Who is liable if something goes wrong?
Seekers work under platform public-liability insurance while on a job, and every visit is tracked with check-in, live location and automatic check-out. If an issue arises, there's a clear, audited record and a route to resolve it.
How is occupant and viewer data handled?
Under UK GDPR. You're the controller and Seeky the processor for occupant and viewer data we handle to deliver a booking; data is used only to fulfil the job, kept no longer than needed, and never sold. See our Privacy Policy for detail.
Can I book recurring inspections?
Yes — portfolio and block inspections can be booked on a regular cadence, each returning a consistent, evidenced report so you can track condition over time.
For Seekers
Working with Seeky.
How do I become a Seeker?
Apply through our Become a Seeker page. You'll complete identity verification and a DBS check, and once you're approved you can start choosing jobs that suit you.
How do Seekers get paid?
You're paid for the jobs you complete, with fast, transparent payouts to your nominated account. You can see your earnings and payment history in the app.
Is it safe?
Safety is built in. Every Seeker checks in on arrival with live location and an SOS, every time. Jobs come with the single-use access you need, and our team is on hand if anything feels off.
Do I choose my own hours?
Yes. You pick the jobs you want and set your own hours — work as much or as little as suits you, with no obligation to accept anything you don't want to.
Do I need property experience?
No prior estate-agency background is required. You need to be reliable, presentable and good with people, and to treat every property with respect. The app gives you the brief for each job; doing jobs well opens higher-value work over time.
What equipment do I need?
A smartphone to run the app — the brief, access details and reporting all live there. For media jobs, a capable phone camera covers most needs; specialist jobs note any extra requirements upfront.
How do jobs reach me?
When you're online, offers for jobs near you appear in the app with the pay shown before you accept. You take the ones that suit you and decline the rest — being local keeps travel short and earning time high.
