The short version
This site uses essential cookies only — the ones required to keep you signed in, keep forms secure, and remember a draft you started. We set no advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking, and no third-party analytics cookies.
What we set
A session cookie and a security (CSRF) token — required for the site to function. If you sign in, an authentication token in your browser's storage so you stay signed in. If you start an application or booking, your draft is kept in your browser so a refresh doesn't lose your work. If you arrive on a referral link, the referral code is held for the visit so your friend gets credit.
What we deliberately don't do
No advertising or retargeting cookies. No selling or sharing of browsing data. Because we only set essential cookies, no consent banner is required — there is nothing to opt out of. If we ever introduce optional analytics cookies, we will ask for your consent first, before anything is set.
